The Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential Training program is designed for those individuals who are seeking a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential in the Preschool or Family Child Care setting. This program is designed to fulfill the 120 hours of professional development required by the Council for Professional Recognition. It consists of six instructional units aligned to the competencies and content areas required to obtain the National Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential.
This program also meets the training requirements for the Florida Child Care Professional Credential.
